Russell Noga is the Founder and CEO of Medisupps.com, a national, independent Medicare insurance agency and resource center that has helped Medicare beneficiaries understand Medicare Supplement (Medigap), Medicare Advantage, and Part D drug plans since 2009. He is also the founder of CompareMedicareAdvantage.org, a Medicare Advantage plan comparison resource.

Russell founded Medisupps.com in 2009 after helping his mother enroll in Medicare. While searching for the right plan to supplement her coverage, he saw firsthand how confusing Medicare can be and knew there had to be a better way for seniors to learn and understand their options. Shortly after, Medisupps.com was born.

That same year, he launched the Medisupps.com YouTube channel to educate a much larger audience of people new to Medicare.

With 18 years in the Medicare industry, Russell is licensed in all 50 states and has trained over 300 Medicare Supplement agents across the country. He has spoken at numerous Medicare conferences and senior communities, and lives in Austin, TX, with his wife and son.
