What Do Plans F, G, & N Not Cover?
Plans F, G, & N don’t offer coverage for penetrative services like chiropractor, physiotherapist, and acupuncturist visits. Sometimes, they might cover these costs if a doctor deems them medically necessary. The plans don’t cover the costs of prescriptions or private duty nursing and stay at long-term nursing homes.
